All of the composite products within our portfolio can experience movement with extreme temperature changes which is why we have unique fixing systems that control and minimise movement.
Should you have any questions regarding the unique fixing systems please contact us today where a member of the team will be able to help advise on your install.

Please Note:

1. All materials should be predrilled and countersunk prior to install. This minimises the risk of splitting with movement. Never use nails or nail guns on any composite material.

2. Where possible use partial threaded screws which allow a few millimetres of movement without it being visible to the eye.

3. For screening applications use support spans no larger than 700mm. This controls the expansion per section.

4. The use of marine ply behind screens is also an effective way of creating a sturdy support framework.
