Following the government announcement on Saturday the 31st October, we will remain open throughout the 2nd lockdown starting 5th November 2020 as a supplier of building materials.
Our offices, warehouses and counter will remain open during this lockdown period with strict social distancing measures in place. We ask that everyone visiting our site wear a mask at all times and follow the guidance carefully – if you do not have a mask please ask and a member of staff will be able to provide a disposable one for the duration of your visit. The safety for our staff and customers remains our top priority. Our showroom will remain temporarily closed and processes have been adapted for the safety of everyone involved with increased hygiene and social distancing policies being implemented.
As before, we have a reduced team working from our HQ. Other team members who can work remotely continue to do so – We are still here to help with estimates, technical queries, advice etc. Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 9am -1pm.
We are operating on prepaid collection and deliveries only.
All orders for collection must be made in advance to ensure your goods can be picked and packed ready for contactless collection
Collections are allocated a pre booked time slot and order number. Once picked, the order will be left in the yard for the customer to collect strictly by themselves.
UK Pallet deliveries continue as normal.
Ecoscape drivers – deliveries will be offloaded solely by Ecoscape drivers to kerbside only. If its a large order or if two or more people are on site then the customer can unload the van with our driver either staying in the cab or keeping the minimum 2m of social distancing. No contact service
